Villaspeciosa is a comune (municipality) in the Province of South Sardinia in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 20 kilometres (12 mi) northwest of Cagliari.As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,039 and an area of 27.3 square kilometres (10.5 sq mi). Situated in Decimomannu, this apartment building is 2.8 mi (4.4 km) from Church of San Giovanni and within 6 mi (10 km) of Church of San Platano and Giardino Sonoro. Santa Gilla Lagoon and Church of Saint Lucia are also within 9 mi (15 km). Decimomannu Station is 13 minutes by foot.
